By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry via WhatsApp/call, or physically depositing certificates at our Nagercoil office, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should immediately refrain from using our website or submitting documents for processing.

Global Certificate Attestation Service acts as an authorized facilitator and documentation agency providing:

• State & Educational Attestation: State HRD/Higher Education Department verification, Home Department, GAD, and Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) attestations.
• MEA & Apostille: Ministry of External Affairs (MEA, Government of India) attestation and Hague Apostille stickers for 120+ member nations.
• Embassy & Consular Legalization: Complete consular submission and stamping for UAE, Saudi Arabia (KSA), Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Egypt, China, and other foreign missions.
• Certified Translations & Allied Services: Certified Arabic/French/German legal translations, MOFA desk stamping, and secure insured door delivery.

*Note: Our role is to professionally manage, coordinate, and submit your documentation through authorized channels. The final decision to grant visa authentication, stamps, or apostilles rests exclusively with the sovereign government ministries and embassies.

To ensure smooth processing and avoid severe legal repercussions, the client agrees to:

• Submit strictly genuine, authentic, and unmodified original certificates issued by recognized educational institutions or government registrars.
• Provide accurate supporting identification (clear passport bio-pages, valid national ID copies, authorization letters if requested).
• Immediately notify our office in writing if any errors are discovered in previously submitted paperwork or contact numbers.
• Acknowledge that submitting forged, tampered, or fake certificates is a punishable criminal offense under Indian and international law; our agency reserves the right to refuse or report fraudulent submissions.

All quotations provided are tailored based on the specific document type, issuing state/university, target destination country, and prevailing consular fee schedules:

• Official quotes cover government stamp duties, embassy consular fees, agency service charges, and return courier handling.
• Government and embassy fees are subject to foreign currency exchange fluctuations and consular fee revisions without prior notice.
• Once documents have been deposited with the government ministry or embassy, government authentication charges are strictly non-refundable by the authorities.

We strive to complete all attestation and apostille orders in the fastest possible timeframe (typical apostille: 3–5 working days; embassy attestation: 7–12 working days). However, estimated timelines are indicative and may vary due to:

• University verification backlogs, institutional holidays, or registrar response times.
• Embassy closures, diplomatic holidays, consular system maintenance, or sovereign quota restrictions.
• Courier transit disruptions caused by severe weather or regional transport delays.

Global Certificate Attestation Service exercises the utmost duty of care and safe custody over all customer papers. However, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the service fee paid for the specific transaction in cases of administrative delay.

We shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential, or travel-related damages (such as missed flight dates or postponed job start dates) resulting from government policy shifts, embassy visa quota cancellations, or unexpected official embassy closures.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or in connection with our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts located in Nagercoil / Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms & Conditions at our discretion to maintain compliance with government attestation rules. Continued use of our site or engagement of services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
